The information we collect includes:

You should only access the Services with a secure environment.

The nature of our services is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

You may review, change, or request the deletion of your personal information from our information technology systems upon request.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, when applicable law allows, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails and/or the text messages that we send, or by contacting us. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you – for example, to send you additional information that you requested, or for other non-marketing purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Do Not Track (DNT) is a browser setting available in some Web browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Apple’s Safari, Opera, and Coogle Chrome. The DNT setting allows users to signal their preference not to be tracked by websites. When you enable the DNT setting in your browser, it adds a signal to your browser’s header, informing other websites that you don’t want their tracking cookies. However, it’s essential to note that although DNT has been adopted by major browsers, it is not enforceable. Many websites choose not to honor it, even if users enable the setting. At this stage there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. Our services do recognize some DNT signals, but we currently do not respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. We are, however, ready to monitor our Services in a way that will be responsive to DNT signals in the future if a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow, and we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

Your specific rights regarding your personal information depends on your state of residence.

Currently, twenty-four U.S. states have passed comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia. Each of these states’ consumer privacy laws impose various business obligations regarding consumer data processing and grant various consumer privacy rights, such as consumers’ right to access, to correct, to delete, to opt-out of certain processing, to portability of personal information, to opt-in for sensitive personal information data processing, against automated algorithmic decision-making, and, sometimes, give consumers a right to sue for the violations of such laws. Since we are a South Carolina based business, we elect to structure our privacy policy consistent with South Carolina state laws. However, please note your specific privacy rights within the U.S. will ultimately depend on the state that you reside in.

We may also collect other personal information outside of these categories through instances where you interact with us in person, online, or by telephone or mail in the context of:

Will your information be shared with anyone else?

We may disclose your personal information with our franchise partners, business partners, and service providers under the terms of written contracts among us and such partners and providers.

We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development. This is not considered to be “selling” of your personal information.

We share your personal information that you provide to us with franchise and business partners to fulfill your requests for information about franchise partners and/or senior in-home care in your selected area.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the current version on our website, and we will revise the version date located at the top of this page. Any changes become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

General Consumer Rights Information

Not all state’s data protection laws provide the same consumer rights, and each state has its own limits and restrictions on the consumer’s ability to exercise those rights.

We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences in exchange for the retention of consumer’s personal information.

How to Submit a Verifiable Request

Please note, we may not be able to comply with your request if we are unable to confirm your identity or connect the information you submit in your request with personal information in our possession. Therefore, you should include information you have previously submitted to us. If we are unable to verify you, we may request additional information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. End users can opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP or ask for more information by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in via our online forms, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Seaside Senior Care LLC. These messages may include responses to your inquiries about finding a senior caregiver or companion, in-home care services offered, franchise opportunities, or other relevant services and promotional offers.

Opt-In and Opt-Out: Users opt-in to our SMS program by actively selecting the consent checkbox on our website contact forms or by otherwise providing explicit written consent. End users can opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying STOP.
